"We are stewards of the values of the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta and of such assets as their pursuit may attract. We will be the primary formal contact with the graduate membership and our principal beneficiaries will be students in their educational pursuits."

The Core Values of the Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation, Inc:
* 1. Be responsible stewards of Foundation assets.
* 2. Promote high quality scholarship and educational programs.
* 3. Develop and maintain graduate participation and support for Foundation programs and the Fraternity.
* 4. Promote and foster values of the Fraternity: friendship, knowledge, service, morality and excellence.

The foundation has awarded $684,000 in education grants to the Fraternity, Chapters, and individual Fiji Brothers.
