The Alumni Fellows program, established in 1999,
formally recognizes College of Liberal Arts and Sciences graduates for
their outstanding contributions to society, their professions, the College,
and The University of Iowa. We are pleased to announce that Samuel
Bromberger has been selected as one of the Class of 2003 Alumni
Fellows. This award honors his distinguished career in sedimentary
analysis and fossil fuel exploration. Sam received his MS in 1965 and his
PhD in 1968 in Geology from the University of Iowa. Congratulations, Sam!
