Hello fellow Hawkeye alums! It's nice to see a spot
we might be able to catch up with old friends. I'm
currently working as a Senior Geologist/Project Manager
at an environmental consulting firm in Houston, TX.
I'd like to hear from some of the people who were
at Iowa from 1978 - 1980. Also, if there are any recent
alums interested in pursuing an environmental career.

Thought I would try this out. Hi all I'm still
in NC only constructing dams this time. We are
currently working on a FERC project to re-construct
an existing dam that does not meet earthquake requirements.
It's one of the largest dams in the southeast located
on Lake Murray SC just west of Columbia. If you find
yourself in the area look me up. |

Greetings! This alumni board is a great idea.
I'm currently at Western Washington Univ. located
in Bellingham, WA. I'm working on my MS degree in
geophysis/paleomagnetism. Life is good out
here but I'm yearning for a classic Midwest thunderstorm! |

My employees got a kick out of the photo of myself
as a young guy. They can't believe that I ever
had hair.

My wife and I moved to Chandler, AZ (part of the
greater Phoenix metro area), and we love it here.
I have been doing a lot of hiking, backpacking,
