I am a graduate student working on my M.A. in German Linguistics.  I completed a B.A. in German at the University of  Iowa and an M.A.T. in Foreign Language Education.  As an undergraduate, I studied at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg, Germany with the Academic Year in Freiburg Program.  My research  interests include SLA, using and developing technology for classroom use, and bilingual education.  I've also spent time teaching English in Lithuania and look forward to teaching overseas upon completion of my graduate work. When I'm not studying, I can be found trotting the globe, playing some type of sport and singing.
