GraDykes is a University of Iowa recognized social organization made up of lesbian and bi-sexual women graduate students, former graduate students and professionals in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area. We engage in a variety of social activities, including monthly potlucks, dinners out, and movies. We also participate in community events such as the Iowa Women's Music Festival, Iowa City Pride, Cedar Rapids Pride, ICARE benefits and the Women's Resource and Action Center (WRAC) functions.

Our membership is diverse with students from various disciplines, including Geography, Medicine, Law, Communication, English, Film Studies, Women's Studies, History, Art, and the Writer's Workshop.
