Faculty and Staff Disability Services (FSDS) staff advise college and department administrators, employees and applicants on application of federal and state law, regulations and University policy. In addition, FSDS interprets and develops policy relative to employment of individuals with health conditions.
University faculty and staff are encouraged to work closely with applicable Department Human Resource Representatives to address questions and situations regarding health and employment. Employee HR Representative names and contact information are found on the Employee Self Service web site. FSDS staff provide additional guidance as required and serve as primary consul in application of accommodation procedures.
