Teaching Grant Award Announced

Congratulations Katherine Mellen, Kathleen Janz, & Maureen McCue for their International Programs Curriculum Development Grant.  The grant will be used to plan and deliver 28: 135 Global Health and Global Food.  This new course will be offered fall (2009) to International Studies and HSS students .

The Department of Health and Sport Studies offers leading-edge programs of study at the undergraduate and graduate level that focus on health, sport, and physical activity as they are influenced by cultural, psychological, and behavioral factors.  Our graduates go on to careers in teaching, research, coaching, health promotion, and athletic administration.
