The Office of the Vice President and the Iowa Center for Research by Undergraduates provide funding to support travel for collection of data, conference attendance, or performance of research for undergraduate students. These awards are offered to help all undergraduate students defray the costs associated with academic conferences where they are named as a conference presenter . In addition, this award supports students who must travel as an essential part of their research. Support up to $500 is allowed and 10 awards are provided annually. Students may only receive this award once during their undergraduate career. Only Undergraduate students are eligible.
