Iowa One® Cards are issued Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (excluding University holidays) at the Iowa One® Card Center, now located in 3 Jessup Hall.
You must show a valid government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, to obtain an Iowa One® Card.
Employees who are on a regular appointment of 50% time or greater will be given the opportunity to get their Iowa One® Card during Faculty/Staff orientation. All other compensated, temporary and non-student faculty and staff appointees, as well as persons with complimentary appointments (Affiliates) may go to the Iowa One® Card Center, 3 Jessup Hall, anytime during normal business hours to obtain a card.
Emeritus faculty and retired staff may continue to use their UI Faculty/Staff cards for charging, library privileges and faculty/staff discounts if applicable. UIHC retired staff may obtain an Iowa One® Card after turning in their UIHC Badge.
