Request a Trial
The Iowa Drug Information Service (IDIS) database is available on compact disc
(CD-ROM) and also via the World Wide Web (WWW). We would be pleased to provide
you with a free trial in either of these formats. The IDIS/Web
trial allows 60-days of full, unlimited database use. The IDIS/CD-ROM
trials do not expire and do not need to be returned; however, the trials
consists of one year of data with full search functionality.
IDIS/Web Trial
To obtain a User Identification and Password for a free 60-day trial,
please fill out the IDIS/Web
Trial Request Form and submit it to our office. Once we receive and process the
completed Trial Request Form we will email your ID and Password to you. Please note
that all fields in the request form must be filled in.
IDIS/CD-ROM Trial
A trial of IDIS/CD-ROM is available on compact disc (we will mail
the compact discs to you). Please fill out IDIS/CD-ROM
Mail Trial Request Form and submit it to our office. Please note that all fields
in the request form must be filled in.
The information requested is not released to any third party, unless legally required to do so.
