Undergraduate Minor in Integrative Physiology

Students who seek an undergraduate minor in Integrative Physiology must complete 15 semester hours in the Department of Integrative Physiology. Twelve of the 15 semester hours must have course numbers above the 100 level. The 15 semester hours must be selected from the following:

27:130 - Human Physiology (3 sh)
27:132 - Human Physiology Laboratory (2 sh)
27:140 - Exercise Physiology for Practitioners (3 sh)
27:141 - Exercise Physiology (3 sh)
27:142 - Exericse Physiology Lab (2 sh)
27:143 - Physiology of Nutrition (3 sh)
27:145 - Cardiovascular Physiology (3 sh)
27:146 - Molecules to Malady (3 sh)
27:150 - Human Anatomy for Exercise Science Majors (2 sh)
27:151 - Anatomy Laboratory (2 sh)
27:153 - Embryology and Connective Tissue Anatomy (2 sh)
27:155 - Skeletal Muscle Biology
27:160 - Motor Control ((3 sh)
27:165 - Introduction to Human Pharmacology
27:197 - Biomechanics (4 sh)

NOTE:  Laboratory courses 27:132, 142, 151 and 197 require special permission and are NOT open to minors until all integrative physiology majors have been accomodated. For addtional information on these class offerings click here.
