The Daily Iowan is an independent, 19,500-circulation daily paper serving Iowa City and the University of Iowa community. It has consistently won a number of collegiate journalism awards, including multiple National Pacemaker Awards, and is generally regarded as one of the finest student newspapers in the country. The Daily Iowan also runs its own television station, DITV. It features streaming video on the DI frontpage. |

Content Magazine is a university recognized student organization that publishes four black and white, free to the public issues per school year (with 500-700 copies per issue). We are completely student produced and we provide a terrific, hands-on, informal internship in all areas of magazine production. Content is a general interest magazine. Student Video Productions is a UI student organization that producestelevision shows for the UI's cable channel (UITV), helps other student and campus groups meet their video needs, and creates original high-definition short films. Starting in August 2007, you can visit SVP's new office in the Student Organization Office Suite, second floor, IMU. |
