All J-MC undergraduates are strongly encouraged to complete at least one professional internship. Every semester, our students are interning everywhere from here to New York and beyond.
To help, the Internship and Assessment Coordinator arranges for on-campus interviews, special training in search and interview strategies. Internships can be registered for course credit or for transcript notation.
The Coordinator meets with students. E-mail jmc-internships@uiowa.edu to schedule your time. Information about events and opportunities is always available in the Resource Center, near the photocopier, and in weekly e-mail to J-MC students, faculty and staff.

All J-MC students are automatically enrolled in the jmc-opportunities listserv. The listserv has information about academic and industry jobs, internships, scholarships and contests.
If you are not currently receiving job opportunities through the listserv, you can request to be added by sending an email to jennifer-raghavan@uiowa.edu.
If you are currently subscribed, you can change how often you receive opportunities (as they become available or in digest format), or ask to be removed from the list by emailing jennifer-raghavan@uiowa.edu.
