Fees
This is the Fees Table for the 2008 Workshops, held July
27-31.
In order to qualify for early bird registration,
the Student Reservation Form must be received by June 1 and the
Medical Form, Liability Form and payment must be received by
June
20. Because classes run throughout the days and into the evenings,
students are encouraged to live on campus.
