Registration
The 2009 workshops are July 19-23. Registration begins Feb. 16!
Step 1: Reserve your spot

Step 2: Complete the Medical and Liability Forms

Optional: Additional Forms
These forms are optional:
- The Scholarship Form and accompanying essay are due by June 1.
- Students who need to be picked up at the airport or bus station should fill our the Trasnportation Request Form.
- Students who need to arrive late or leave early should complete the Early or Late Arrival or Departure Form.
- Students who need to leave for a short time should fill our the Temporary Absence Form.
Step 3: Send everything in
Before June 20, mail:
- Student registration form, unless you filled it out electronically. (Make sure to send your registration form before June 1 to get our special early bird rate).
- Completed and signed Medical and Liability forms.
- Payment (refer to your registration form, or the FAQ page, to determine your total cost).
- Any of the optional forms listed above.
