Complete the online reservation form, available here in PDF format, and send it to our office with the $50 per-workshop deposit.

Be sure to check the workshop(s) you want to take and include a $50 deposit for each. Deposits are required to better determine, at an early date, whether University requirements for minimum class enrollments will be met. Our goal is to make this determination in time to give students reasonable notice of workshop changes and cancellations.

Deposits will be credited to student tuition accounts. Tuition is $359 per semester hour.

No transcript is required.

Because space for many of the workshops is limited, registration should be mailed as soon as possible.

Tuition payment can be made to the University of Iowa during the workshop, or the University can bill students afterwards. A separate check should be written for housing.
