Welcome
2012 Workshops schedule
The University of Iowa Summer Journalism Workshops are one of the nation's premier opportunities for professional development and university credit for high school journalism teachers, advisers and those aspiring to teach.
You will spend one fun, intense week with one of the nation's top journalism educators on the historic University of Iowa campus. We take a progressive approach to journalism, teaching not just the basic tenets of our industry but also with an eye on what journalism will be like one year from now, five years from now, and beyond so that you can deliver a top education to your journalism students.
