The subscription rate is currently US $44.00 per year for domestic (US & Canada) and US $52.00 per year for foreign subscribers. Please contact our office for ordering information.

If you would like to discontinue an existing subscription, please advise the journal staff; otherwise it will be automatically renewed. Changes of address should be sent to the attention of the Administrative Editor at least one month before publication to ensure prompt delivery. Please include the name, old address, and new address, including ZIP codes.

Back issues may be obtained by contacting the Journal of Corporation Law office. Beginning in Fall 2001, individual articles will be available for download at the Legal Scholarship Network.
