Symposium
On February 18th and 19th, 2011 the University of Iowa College of Law and The Journal of Corporation Law will host a symposium entitled "Reregulation and the Business Firm." The focus of the symposium will be on the transition from the period of deregulation in the wake of the financial crisis of 2008. The symposium will explore the effects of reregulation on three major sectors of the U.S. economy: Health Care, Telecommunications, and Financial Institutions. Symposium articles will be published in The Journal of Corporation Law Volume 36, Issue 4.
