Permission to reprint an article must be obtained from both the Comparative Legislative
Research Center and the author. The author must receive a copy of the reprinted material
without charge. The reprint fee is $10 per page. The fee is shared equally by the author
and the Comparative Legislative Research Center. Authors may reprint their own material
without a fee.
Authorization to photocopy items for internal or personal use, or the internal or personal
use of specific clients, is granted by the Comparative Legislative Research Center for
libraries and other users registered with the Copyright Clearance Center, provided that
the fee of $.05 per page is paid directly to CCC, 222 Rosewood Drive, Danvers,
Massachusetts 01923, USA.
