Prof. Sarah Stanbury of the College of the Holy Cross is most recently the author of The Visual Object of Desire in Late Medieval England (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2007). With Linda Lomperis, she has also co-edited the collection Feminist Approaches to the Body in Medieval Literature. Many of you will know her as co-organizer of the “Mapping Margery Kempe” website (http://www.holycross.edu/departments/visarts/projects/kempe/).
