Notes to Session Organizers and Chairs.

The Program Information Form. This form provides us with all the details of your session, including your audio-visual needs, and is due April 26, 2008. Please feel free to send the form to us as an email attachment. Note: You may wish to consult with your panelists about audio-visual requests, time preferences, and scheduling preferences before filling out this form.

Submitting abstracts for your entire session. Abstracts for all of the papers that will be included in your session are due on April 26, 2008. If you submitted complete abstracts with your session proposal, you do not need to do so again.

Organizer/Chair Deadlines.

Membership/Pre-Registration Form (see main web page). Membership and pre-registration fees are due from all participants by June 1, 2008. Participants who are already members can use the more concise Registration Form. Please note, however, that all participants must both become a member and register for the convention.
