Regular Registration (includes up to 12 complimentary papers): $60

Special Registration (includes 0 papers; for students, part-time, unemployed, or retired members only; papers may be purchased only at the meeting): $30

Mail this form, along with payment (a check or money order in U.S. funds), to: Midwest Modern Language Association, 302 EPB, Univ. of Iowa, Iowa City, IA 52242-1408. Those who choose a Regular Registration will be able to select papers in September when the convention program is sent.

2006 Convention Participants: The pre-registration form and fees must be postmarked by June 1, 2006. The registration fee is non-refundable. Participants who do not pay the convention registration fee and membership dues will unfortunately have to be deleted from the printed convention program.

For those who are not participating in the convention, the pre-registration form and fees must be postmarked by October 16, 2006. After that date, you will need to register at the convention itself at the higher on-site rates.
