Organic movement with music, movement inspired by the music but also as a "counterpoint” to the musical idea
To optimize independence from the music
To learn to use the body as an instrument

To use individual fantasy and imagination in different situations
To sharpen various methods of psychological and emotional perspectives through Mozart characters

Goals as part of the ensemble

To optimize individual abilities as an actor/singer as part of the ensemble
Concentrating on voice, gesture, movement and mime and the reactions of your partner during a scene
To develop understanding of the different roles of an aria, duo, etc. within the opera genre

Vision for the students

The young singer/actor should learn how to be a "self-contained" unit
Flexibility, fantasy, sensitivity, communication and concentration will be a focus of the master class
