(supervised capstone project) (This schedule does not illustrate options for summer school, which could potentially shorten the total time of residency) Sample Curriculum:MA in Music Therapy with Certification (Equivalency)(prior undergraduate degree in music without therapy requirements) *Indicates course work required (based on transcripts—varies from student to student) for professional certification, which does not count toward 33 graduate hours. Note: During the first three semesters, the students take predominately undergraduate courses for certification. Consequently, 16 s.h. constitutes a reasonable course load per semester.
