Weighing a sample for radiocarbon dating.
Professor Art Bettis, Quaternary Geologist, Department of Geoscience, weighing a 50 milligram sample of bone for radiocarbon dating. Art will drill and collect 7.6 cm diameter sediment cores in Phase II of the research project.
