The Physiologic Imaging Laboratory within the Radiology Department ("Division of Physiological Imaging" or "DPI") is a group of researchers, physicians, and technical staff lead by Eric Hoffman, Ph.D. (Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Engineering), dedicated to the use and development of imaging techniques and image analysis tools for the purpose of advancing our understanding of physiologic processes both from the perspective of advancing basic scientific understandings as well as advancing the state of the art in diagnostic medicine.
