DRIVER BEHAVIOR RESEARCH STUDY
PARTICIPANTS INVITED
Interested persons are invited to participate in a driving research study being conducted at the University of Iowa, Visual Function and SIREN driving simulator labs. The initial visit will be for a screening involving approximately 1 hour of your time and will consist of a computer based task. If you are enrolled in the main study, you will be asked to make 4 additional visits over the next 4 years. The first visit will involve approximately 6 hours of your time and consist of paper-pencil tasks, a drive in our simulator, and an on-road drive.
Participants must have a valid driver’s license and be between the ages of 65-95.
Each subject will be compensated for his or her participation.
