TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SITES AND CONTACT INFORMATION The following sites were selected for the DMC Resource Center to provide technical assistance to address issues related to DMC. To get involved with these or other local initiatives, contact the community contact below or you may contact the DMC Coordinator Brad Richardson at (319) 335-4924 or brad-richardson@uiowa.edu. Click here more information on technical assistance available at the NRCFCP. To see the card distributed to law enforcement in Blackhawk County with the code for who may be detained, click here. Through the Department of Human Services, Minority Youth and Families Initiative, the DMC Resource Center is providing technical support services to the demonstration sites of Woodbury and Polk Counties. Some technical assistance may be available to community agencies to better serve minority families and children throughout the state.
