We normally provide recent versions of Microsoft Office -- which includes:

  • Word,
  • Excel and
  • Powerpoint
  • We also install media players iTunes, RealPlayer, QuickTime and Windows Media Player
  • the ability to save files to PDF
  • We also provide Eudora or Outlook for e-mail
           which do you prefer?    Eudora     Outlook/Exchange/Entourage     Other

Some equipment we may be able to supply to your office, other equipment, like scanners or VCRs may have to be shared or used in public areas -- usually in N118, the Multimedia suite.

Printing

We connect you to our local area network so that you have access to our laser printer in the main office. It is an HP 4300, capable of 1200 dpi and can duplex (print on both sides of paper). It has paper trays for plain paper and University letterhead. If you will have a need for a desktop printer let us know. We have several injet printers for people who need them.
