Katie Porter (Law), director of the 2009 Obermann Summer Seminar "Borrowing to the Brink: Consumer Debt in America." and five participants of the seminar are co-winners of the 2009 Editor's Prize from the Amer. Conference of Bankruptcy Judges for the best article to be published in American Bankruptcy Law Journal for the year. The article was published prior to the seminar; a book based on seminar work is in the proposal stage.
