Faculty Support:
The Office of Clinical Research
administrative staff provides support
of writing and reviewing contracts, protocols, human subject applications,
budgets, grants management, and acts as a liaison between the
sponsor/grant award and the University.

We have our own laboratory staff
and facilities
that use a variety of pre-clinical services. These include implants, cariology, microbial
testing, and restorative dental materials.
The
Dental Clinical Research Center (DCRC) where the clinical studies are
performed has seven outfitted operatories, a private reception
area, appointment desk, secured storage for dispensing materials
committed to clinical studies, and access to Windent, the patient
record system.
Our DCRC staff, consisting of two full-time dental assistants, staff
dentist, and clinical coordinator, will provide clinical trial management
services.
