The Keyes Gallery for Arts, Humanities & Sciences is located on the first floor of the Old Capitol Museum. It is named in honor of Margaret N. Keyes and in memory of Charles R. Keyes.

Cultures in Clay: Puebloan Vessels at the University of Iowa Closing December 29, 2013.

The University of Iowa Pentacrest Museums, in partnership with the University of Iowa Museum of Art, present Cultures in Clay: Publoan Vessels at the University of Iowa, on display from Agust 29 through December 29, 2013.

This exhibit will feature Native American ceramic vessels from Pueblo communities of the Southwetern United States. This exhibit, curated by UI anthropology professor Margaret Beck, will focus on how these communities used different types of vessels in everyday life. The featured pottery is from the ethnographic collections of the University of Iowa Museum of Natural History and Museum of Art.
