should use the Office of the Ombudsperson?

Any member of the University of Iowa community is welcome to use the Office of the Ombudsperson. We regularly serve students, faculty, and staff.

Cynthia Joyce was appointed the office's full-time, professional staff ombudsperson on August 15, 2005. She is in the office Monday - Friday, 9 - 5.

Lois Cox was re-appointed as the office's half-time ombudsperson on Feb. 4, 2008, to serve through June 30, 2009. Lois is a clinical professor of law, and previously served as a co-ombuds from 1997-99. Lois is in the office Mondays and Wednesdays, 9 - 5.
