Eloise is a Project Archaeologist with the University of Iowa Office of the State Archaeologist, Highway Archaeology Program. She received an M. A. in Museum Studies from the University of Nebraska in 1998 with a minor in Anthropology, and a Masters in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Dakota in 1998 with a minor in Applied Anthropology. She is interested in lithic analysis.
