You can learn how at the Wickiup Hill Outdoor Learning Area. You'll meet a real live archaeologist and learn all
about how archaeologists find, investigate, and interpret archaeological sites. |

archaeologist will even show you the basics of flint knapping! That's
how to make tools out of stones the way people did years ago. |

That's not even the best part. You will get to participate in a real archaeological excavation at Wickiup Hill Outdoor
Learning Area. Who knows what you'll find? |

| All the fun will
last from July 22th to July 25th, Tuesday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 12:30
p.m. at Wickiup Hill. You'll be done just in time for lunch! You
have to be 8 - 12 years old to participate, and you need your parent's
permission. Show them this website and get ready for some fun! |
