Regina Hatcher

Secretary/Receptionist
- In 1964, Regina started as a first-year student at the University
of the East in Manila, Philippines. After 37 years of family,
fulltime jobs and part time evening classes, she graduated from
The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree
on May 12, 2001. It is never too late to finish what you started;
keep at it and it will happen. Regina is hoping it won't take
another 37 years to complete a graduate degree!
- Regina’s family includes her husband, Mike; two schoolteacher/wrestling
coach sons, Mike and Matt; a granddaughter, Brylee; and Brylee’s
dog, Patches.
- As much as possible Regina loves to travel. Attending the 2000
Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia counts as one of her more
memorable trips. She hopes to be in Athens, Greece for the 2004
Summer Olympics and cheer on the U.S./Iowa Hawkeye-connection
freestyle wrestling competitors.
