Cambus Service

OAKDALE REROUTE

From July 28 to August 2, Cambus Oakdale Route will not be servicing stops on 1st Avenue or Holiday Road in Coralville due to construction on 1st Avenue. Oakdale will be re-routed to 12th Avenue during this time. Passengers may board at the intersection of Hwy 6 and 1st Avenue and the intersection of 12th Avenue and Holiday Road.

BOARDING AT 1st Ave and Hwy 6 (Map):

Heading out to Oakdale: Board on the northwest corner in front of Hardee’s.

Heading in to campus: Board at the Softball Complex on the southeast corner of the intersection.

BOARDING AT 12th Ave and Holiday Rd:

Heading out to Oakdale: Board at the southeast corner of the intersection at 12th Avenue and Holiday Road.

Heading in to campus: Board at the northwest corner of the intersection at 12th Ave and Holiday Road.

MAP OF TEMPORARY STOPS ON 12TH AVENUE

Due to construction on Church St and in the Burge/Currier area, the Red and Blue Routes are not driving/stopping on Church or Clinton Streets in that area. Stops on Church St and by Burge and Currier are currently relocated to the equivalent location on Dubuque St.

The Hawkeye-Interdorm Route will be modified as it will not service Mayflower (every 30 minutes).

The eastbound Pentacrest bus will use the Burlington St bridge rather than Iowa Ave, causing only a very slight delay in service.

All other Hawkeye, Hospital, and Oakdale routes will operate normal stops and schedules.
