Liang-Fang Chang
A native of Taiwan, Liang-Fang Chang graduated from the Fu-Jen Catholic University and Teacher Education Center (Taipei) in 2001, where she studied with Prof. Sheau-Ping Hu. In 2004 Ms. Chang earned her master of music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she studied with Dr. Daniel Shapiro. Currently, Liang-Fang is a second-year DMA student at the University of Iowa and studies with Prof. Uriel Tsachor. Ms. Chang has been awarded many scholarships by different schools, foundations, such as the University of Iowa, Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society, and Yuan-Dong Sheu Culture & Education Foundation. In the summer of 2005, Ms. Chang was invited to play a recital in Taipei by YinQi Culture & Music Foundation. Being at the UIowa is a brand new experience for her. Learning, practicing, and teaching make her life not only busy but also meaningful! |
