Primetime is a student run, web-based newsmagazine that publishes stories about journalism students interning in various journalism fields. The newsmagazine was created to give students an opportunity to get professional-quality published clips and to prepare University of Iowa students for internships and potential jobs through informative feature stories. Primetime was started in 2005 through the Journalism and Mass Communications School’s Internship office.
