Kinnick remodeling keeps Wide Media Center busy

The arrival of electronic files for the Kinnick Stadium remodeling project brings a flurry of activity to the Wide Media Center.

Architects send plans for UI capital development projects electronically to the Center; our staff members use the files to print the plans, which they then assemble and distribute. Supervisor Janet Wieland, left, checks revisions on a set of plans.

Below, Chris West secures the hardware on a set of plans. In the background Sanda Pop, left, and Wieland are doing the same. The hardware is then drilled for maximum durability.
