Computer consultation
The computer consultants on staff at the Printing Department assist customers with electronic files that they intend to have output by the department.

DocuTech training
The Copy Center staff will assist customers in creating, saving, and sending files to be printed by the DocuTech. Contact the IMU Copy Center for more information.

Printing consultation
The Printing Department employs customer service representatives who are knowledgeable about electronic publishing, printing, and binding, and can advise customers on cost-effective and appropriate methods for producing their jobs. They also write specifications, solicit bids, and act as liaisons to outside vendors for customers whose orders are printed outside the department.
