The Printing Department offers the following class through the Office of Learning and Development. The next class will be held in fall 2005. Printing Plus
This class provides information about the University's Printing Department and its related services, which are growing increasingly diverse and complex as the printing industry moves into imaging and electronic output.

Printing staff members will discuss who comprises the department, why it is here, how it works, and what services are available. Specific areas covered will be Document Services, the Color Center, Wide-media and scanning service, e-forms, sending files electronically to the department's various services and centers; and a designer-led presentation of layout problems and tips.

Participants should gain a fuller understanding of the department, information about the resources available to them, and knowledge of whom to contact with questions and problems concerning their particular needs.
