Customer satisfaction ranks as one of the Printing Department's highest priorities. Our customer service representatives have extensive knowledge of and experience with the printing process. They will help you plan orders and serve as your primary contact in the department.

Our reps receive all printing requests and determine the appropriate production processes. They consult with customers regarding scheduling and cost; answer questions, give advice, and serve as a liaison between customers, prep, and production; write job tickets for in-house jobs and bid specs for orders that must be done by outside vendors; evaluate bid proposals; place jobs with outside vendors; and check the quality of printing orders. In addition, a full-time estimator prepares job estimates and quotes and reviews job costs.
