Sending electronic files to the Printing Department can be done from your workstation. The "form" links below give you the means to do that. Click on the appropriate link, fill out the form, browse to locate your file, then attach and send it.

Color digital press ... form for ordering full-color publications to be printed by the digital color press; maximum 12x18-inch paper size; quantity more than 250, less than 2,000.

Color posters ... form for ordering small quantities of oversize posters to be printed by the 50-inch wide color printer; laminating also available.

Copy Centers ... form for ordering documents to be printed by one of the high-speed printers at a UI Copy Center; black-and-white quantities up to 2,000; color quantities up to 250.

Prepress ... form for sending files that will be used for offset printing to your customer service representative.
      Click   on "form," above.
      Fill out   your name, department, and phone number.
      Check   your customer service representative's name.
      Browse   to find and attach your file.
      Instructions   should include the job number if you have one.
      Upload,   and that's all.
