UI Printing Services is the sole authorized vendor for printing standard University of Iowa business cards, envelopes, letterhead, mailing labels, memo pads, and electronic stationery templates. The designs are determined by the Office of University Relations for standard University of Iowa stationery, and by the Joint Office for Marketing and Communications for University of Iowa Health Care and University of Iowa Children’s Hospital stationery. The designs include the fonts, type sizes, layout, ink colors, paper, content, logos and wordmarks.

Departments may choose from several styles. Many colleges and departments have selected a single style which all their units must use. University of Iowa Health Care and University of Iowa Children’s Hospital use identity systems that are different from the UI system. The University of Iowa Children’s Hospital stationery design is different from that of the University of Iowa Health Care.
