Opportunity at Iowa is located in Room 24 Phillips Hall at the corner of Iowa Avenue and Clinton Street in downtown Iowa City. Support Service Programs, including the Upward Bound and New Dimensions in Learning/Student Support Service TRIO Projects, are located in Room 310 of Calvin Hall.
