VIVA! Quad Cities Fiesta
The Fiesta began as a way to celebrate the Hispanic culture in the Quad Cities community while raising money for scholarships.  The scholarship fund has successfully provided assistance to students as they continue their education.  Viva will award $17,500 in scholarships to area students who will attend the college or university of their choice.  Opportunity at Iowa will set up a display table at the VIVA Quad Cities Fiesta.  Attendance can be as high as 8,000 people.
