This past year, opportunities for outdoor study, or for just enjoying the springtime sun, increased when the Burge courtyard opened for student use. Southeast-facing windows in the newly renovated Burge Market Place offer diners a view onto the courtyard, which features landscaping and a variety of seating. The courtyard is available for casual use and for events, such as small concerts or other activities sponsored by Residence Life.
