The “Go Live” date for the Purchasing department’s new procurement tool, eBuy, is rapidly approaching, slated release scheduled for May 18th.

Training classes and materials continue to be updated regularly. For the most updated information, access the links below.

To sign up for any of the training sessions, access the “My Training” link under the “Personal” tab on the Employee Self Service web site.  

Upcoming eBuy users are encouraged to take a look at the available training materials listed below.

• Step-by-step scripts
• Shopper Handbook with detailed information on all eBuy processes
• Training Snippets including 1-3 minute live demos of eBuy processes
• Supplier specific website training

As much training material as possible is covered in the provided classes, however some of the more detailed processes are best described in the above mentioned training material.

Finally, a reminder to  everyone of the eBuy Supplier Fair on Tuesday, May 5th in the IMU 2nd Floor Ballroom.

Many of the eBuy suppliers will be present and will be providing demos of their web sites. We will also have refreshments and prizes.

So, plan to take a Cinco d Mayo Break with us at the eBuy Supplier Fair!
